You can track your return using the link in your return confirmation email. Once your return has been received at our warehouse it can take up to 10 working days from the date of receipt to be processed. Once your order has been refunded and you receive a confirmation email it can take a maximum of 5 working days to appear in your account.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible, but if you have still not heard from us after 10 working days of receipt at warehouse please do drop us an email so we can have a look into it straight away for you. Please note that we won't be able to manually process refunds before the 10 working day period.
