We do our very best to keep our best selling styles in stock, but this can be tricky during busy periods. If an item is showing as a "pre-order" it means you can buy it online, and we will ship it to you when our next delivery of stock arrives. We give an estimated delivery date on the product page once you select the size - I'm afraid we aren't able to provide a more specific delivery date than this.

As soon as your item is in stock it will automatically ship and you will receive an email to confirm that it's on route.

If your order contains a mixture of in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold the in-stock dresses and ship your order when your pre-order styles arrive and your order is complete.

Payment for pre-ordered items is taken in full at time of order. The returns period for a pre-order starts from the date you receive the dresses.
