Click on the link above to request your return postage label from our partners at Royal Mail (its super easy!). We charge £2.99 per return to cover shipping and re-processing fees, this will be deducted automatically from your refund. 

You can track the status of your return via the link in your return confirmation email.

Once your return has been marked as "delivered" our warehouse will take up to 10 working days to process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation to let you know once the refund has been completed.

Bridal

To return your bridal order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return and we can generate a shipping label. Please note that made-to-order bridal pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. We charge £2.99 per return to cover shipping and re-processing fees. Bridal dresses should be tried on with care using the gloves and fabric provided. Any dresses that are returned with makeup marks on will be subject to a £20 dry cleaning fee.
