To report any issues please contact our Customer Service team here with the following information:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue, or your proof of postage if chasing a return
- A brief description of the issue/fault

Please note: If an item is returned to us with a fault without prior communication, your return may not be accepted. We kindly ask that you contact us first so we can guide you through the correct process and ensure your concern is properly addressed. If we are contacted outside of 21 days we cannot offer a discount, refund or replacement.
