We are sorry there is something wrong with your order and we will try to resolve any order issues as quickly as possible.
If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong item, the quickest way to arrange a replacement is to raise an exchange via our returns portal. Please give us as many details you can about the faults. A returns label will be generated so you can return the item, and once your item is on route back to us, your replacement will be shipped automatically*.
If there is something missing from your order, please take a picture of your order as it arrived so we can raise this with the courier if we think the parcel may have been intercepted. Drop customer service an email using the link below listing the item(s) missing.
