We do our very best to keep our best selling styles in stock, but this can be tricky during busy periods. If an item is showing as a "pre-order" it means you can buy it online, and we will ship it to you when our next delivery of stock arrives. We give an estimated delivery date on the product page once you select the size - I'm afraid we aren't able to provide a more specific delivery date than this. We may ship the dresses anytime from the date you place your order as stock sometimes arrives early.

As soon as your item is in stock it will automatically ship and you will receive an email to confirm that it's on route.

If your order contains a mixture of in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will hold the in-stock dresses and ship your order when your pre-order styles arrive and your order is complete.

Payment for pre-ordered items is taken in full at time of order. The returns period for pre-order items starts from the date you receive the dresses.

If an item is not available for pre-order, there is a possibility it will not be available to order again in the next 4 months, or the style may have been discontinued. If there is a specific product showing as out of stock that you would like more information on please contact customer service.
