To return or exchange your order, please go to our Returns Portal which can be found here. Enter your order number starting with the hashtag, then select your items for return/ exchange.

Exchanges are shipped within 2 working days of receiving your return if your item is in stock. If your exchanged item is on pre-order you will need to check the product page to see when our next delivery will be. We will ship to the same delivery address as your original order unless specified otherwise. 

Exchanges are only eligible within our 21-day return window, which starts from the date your order was delivered. If it’s outside this timeframe, I’m afraid we’re not able to offer an exchange.

We currently only offer exchanges within the UK.
